Now open to everyone with a $100 minimum—a community opportunity to invest in agentic AI
New York, NY – November 5, 2025 — NOYACK, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on financial education and private-market access, today announced the launch of a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) community round on the Wefunder funding portal.
The offering, available at wefunder.com/noyack , targets up to $5 million in proceeds and is open to eligible investors with a minimum investment of $100. The round is intended to support the expansion of NOYACK’s agentic AI wealth platform and its suite of AI agents designed for first-generation and emerging wealth builders.
“Opening this round on Wefunder lets our users do more than subscribe to a newsletter or try an app,” said Paola Saladin, Chief of Staff at NOYACK. “They can put in $100, support the AI agents they’re already relying on, and have a direct stake in tools built for first-generation wealth builders.
NOYACK develops AI-enabled tools that help individuals move from basic money questions to concrete actions in areas such as budgeting, benefits, debt, taxes, and introductory investing. The organization’s platform is built around agentic AI agents that are designed to guide users through structured workflows rather than providing one-off answers.
Proceeds from the community round are expected to fund NOYACK’s AI agents and the infrastructure around them. This includes product development, secure integrations with custodians, payroll and benefits providers, and continued work on AI infrastructure, data quality, and evaluation, as well as operations, compliance, and user-privacy controls.
Funding will support NoyackAI, an education-focused AI agent that acts as a 24/7 financial mentor in plain language without giving personalized securities recommendations, and ProphitAI, an AI agent for registered investment advisers that drafts key advisory documents while leaving all final recommendations and approvals to licensed advisers.
“A community round lets us build the platform and the ownership base at the same time,” said CJ Follini, Founder & CEO of NOYACK. “With a $100 minimum, the same people who need better tools for first-generation wealth can also help shape how our AI agents evolve.”
Using Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) with a $100 minimum allows NOYACK to open participation to a wider range of supporters, not just large investors. The structure lets everyday investors who benefit from better tools and education take part in funding them, while still operating under defined limits, disclosures, and self-directed review of offering materials and risks.
The Reg CF offering is being conducted on Wefunder, a registered funding portal. Prospective investors can review the Form C filing, risk factors, eligibility rules, investment limits, and full terms of the offering directly on the Wefunder page before making an investment decision. The securities offered through the AI-focused community round are speculative, involve a high degree of risk, and may be illiquid, and investors should be prepared for the possibility of loss.
Investment opportunities are open now at http://wefunder.com/noyack.
