Purpose-built for first-generation wealth builders; diagnostics, an AI copilot, and practical tools
New York, NY — April 17, 2025 — NOYACK, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit for financial education and private-market access, announced an AI-powered web app that turns financial literacy into action for Millennials and Gen Z with personalized learning, secure planning tools, and real-time mentorship. Built around an adaptive diagnostic, a purpose-built small language model (SLM), and explainable calculators, the platform translates complex topics—taxes, benefits, investing, and debt—into clear, sequenced next steps users can actually do.
“Our platform turns complex finance into clear next steps,” said CJ Follini, Founder & CEO. “It’s not a course—it’s a conversation for first-generation wealth builders.”
An estimated $100T will transfer in the U.S. through 2048, beginning largely with spouses (about $54T, most to women). Gen X inherits the most in the next decade; Millennials inherit the most overall across 25 years. That shift creates urgent demand for trustworthy, just-in-time guidance. AI enables that guidance to be personal, contextual, and scalable, meeting users when decisions arise—adjusting 401(k)s, structuring HSAs/FSAs, tackling student debt, choosing allocations, and handling equity comp or windfalls.
What’s inside (AI at the core).
- Wealth IQ™ Diagnostic uses adaptive questioning and NLP scoring to benchmark literacy, confidence, and habits, then routes users to the right lessons, tools, and checklists.
- NoyackAI Copilot (a purpose-built SLM) delivers plain-language answers backed by a vetted curriculum, with step-by-step actions and editable templates.
- Explainable Calculators show inputs, assumptions, and “why-this-matters” notes; users can tweak scenarios and instantly see impacts on net worth, cash flow, and taxes.
- Plaid integration (planned) enables read-only syncing for real-time views of net worth, spending, savings, and equity-comp—so guidance adapts as data changes.
- Investing for Love™ Framework aligns decisions with family, entrepreneurship, and legacy goals, converting values into weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans.
How it grows net worth (agentic nudges, not lectures). The app targets high-leverage moves: boosting savings rates, optimizing debt (snowball/avalanche with thresholds), right-sizing allocations, cutting fees, acting tax-aware, and building resilience. AI converts each theme into bite-size, checkable steps—HSA/401(k) sequencing, paycheck-based saving, fee reviews, emergency-fund calibration—and issues proactive, opt-in nudges when linked data signals a gap. Every suggestion is transparent and reversible; users can see what changed, why, and how to undo it.
Responsible AI, by design. Account linking is optional; financial connections are read-only; users can export or delete data anytime. The copilot provides education and coaching only—not investment, tax, or legal advice—and flags advice-only questions to consult a professional. Models are evaluated for clarity, bias, and outcome alignment; human experts review curriculum and templates before release.
Who it’s for. Millennials, Gen Z, and HENRYs (High Earner, Not Rich Yet)—especially first-generation wealth builders who want clear, values-aligned steps without jargon or long lectures.
“The future of wealth is inclusive, values-based, and tech-enabled,” said Paola Saladin, Chief of Staff. “We built this so the next generation isn’t just prepared to inherit—they’re prepared to lead.”
Availability & what’s next. The web app is not yet available; a limited beta is expected in Q4 2025. Join the early-access waitlist at wearenoyack.com. Over the coming year, NOYACK plans additional agentic AI tools that extend from education into compliant execution—including advisory drafting for RIA workflows and whole-balance-sheet orchestration—while keeping users in control with clear guardrails. “as NOYACK expands its ai ecosystem, agentic products will be added to the interface.”
FAQs
What can the app do on day one and what’s coming next?
At beta, you’ll take the Wealth IQ™ diagnostic, get a personalized plan from the NOYACK.ai copilot (our purpose-built SLM), and use explainable calculators for cash flow, savings rate, emergency fund sizing, debt payoff options, and first-allocation steps via Investing for Love™. Planned features include read-only account connections (e.g., Plaid) for real-time net worth and spending views. As NOYACK expands its AI ecosystem, agentic products will be added to the interface, extending from education into compliant execution with clear guardrails.
Is this financial advice and how do guardrails work?
No. It’s education and coaching, not investment, tax, or legal advice. The copilot explains options in plain English, shows assumptions, and links to source materials. For advice-only questions, it flags limits and suggests speaking with a qualified professional. Every suggestion is opt-in, transparent, and reversible—you can see what changed, why, and how to undo it.
How is my data protected, and do I have control?
Account linking (when available) is optional and read-only. You can use calculators without connecting accounts, and you can export or delete your data anytime. We minimize data collection, apply privacy-by-design practices, and restrict internal access to what’s necessary to operate the product. The copilot uses vetted curriculum content; we don’t sell personal data.
