Earlier, as Chief Investment Officer of a multi-family office, he managed more than $1 billion AUM with consistent 22%+ returns, grounding his approach in disciplined underwriting and hands-on operations.

CJ is AI-forward in how he serves emerging investors. He leads NOYACK’s development of agentic AI—goal-driven systems that plan, take actions, and learn across workflows—to reduce friction in personal wealth management. He is also guiding NOYACK’s education-first small language model (NOYACK.ai) as a Personal Wealth Manager Mentor designed to translate complex concepts into plain English, personalize learning paths, and nudge better habits—accelerating younger investors’ path toward financial freedom while keeping clear boundaries (education, not advice).

CJ’s track record includes a 400-acre expansion with Rockefeller Group Properties (International Trade Center, NJ); 150,000 square feet of Manhattan studios and scaling Gun For Hire Production Centers to 800,000+ square feet; a 12-acre Queens waterfront redevelopment; and Noyack Medical Partners for healthcare real estate. He founded Noyack Logistics Income, a $200M industrial REIT that explored bridging crypto rails with hard-asset investing. A seed/early investor, he backed SpaceX and female-founded startups such as Ellevest and is a primary investor in MIT’s C10 AI Venture Lab. CJ chairs the HERE Arts Center, serves on boards including chashama and the Parrish Art Museum, teaches at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, and is an alumnus of Tufts, Harvard Business School, and the London School of Economics.

Stephen Robie is the Chief Financial Officer of NOYACK, overseeing financial strategy, capital markets, treasury, accounting, tax, legal, compliance, and investor relations. With more than three decades in real estate finance, accounting, and investment management, Stephen brings deep REIT and private markets expertise to the firm’s operations and investment strategy.

He is leading NOYACK’s adoption of agentic AI across finance workflows—automating close processes, enhancing cash forecasting and controls, and integrating AI-driven portfolio and investor operations to improve speed, accuracy, and risk visibility.

Before joining NOYACK, he founded SIR Holdings, LLC, an investment firm focused on venture capital and real estate, and served as Senior Principal at Veneto Capital Management, where he guided asset management and financial operations for a private commercial real estate platform. His extensive REIT background includes service as Chief Financial Officer of Cornerstone Core Properties REIT, Inc., where he led a strategic shift to healthcare real estate, and as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at HCP, Inc., an S&P 500 healthcare REIT. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at GE Real Estate and spent six years in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP.

As Chief Technology Officer at Noyack Wealth Club, Mohamed Koné spearheads the technological vision and platform development that's revolutionizing wealth management through intelligent automation. With over 7 years of expertise spanning software engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture, he architects secure, scalable solutions that leverage agentic AI principles to democratize sophisticated wealth-building strategies for Millennials and high-earning professionals.

Under Mohamed's technical leadership, NOYACK's platform integrates intelligent automation and AI-driven insights to transform traditional wealth management approaches. His focus on building robust, user-centric technology infrastructure enables the seamless integration of advanced AI capabilities that personalize and optimize the wealth-building experience for each member.

David Merrill is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and founder of Camisado Marketing, where he specializes in integrating agentic AI into marketing and product ecosystems. With nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing, enterprise product launches, and business development, David has led teams at global agencies like Omnicom and Publicis, as well as technology startups where he drove go-to-market strategy and user growth.

His work combines business acumen with a technical foundation in analytics, UX, and product design—skills sharpened while earning his MBA from Fordham University and building marketing engines for both early-stage startups and Fortune 500 brands. Today, David is focused on leveraging autonomous AI systems to optimize targeting, acquisition, and engagement at scale, unlocking new efficiencies and growth paths. He sees agentic AI not as an experiment but as an investment frontier reshaping how companies acquire customers, raise capital, and create sustainable revenue models.

Paola Saladin is Chief of Staff at NOYACK, where she has spent the past three years driving hiring, cross-functional operations, and project management to keep teams aligned and moving. In parallel, Paola manages social media and content for Noyack Wealth Club, publishing daily across Meta and LinkedIn and weekly on YouTube. She translates complex personal wealth topics into graphics, short-form video, and interesting formats that are digestible, informative, and creative for Millennials and Gen Z—with a clear focus on converting engaged followers into newsletter subscribers.

Paola integrates agentic AI—goal-oriented systems that plan, act, and learn—into NOYACK’s content and operating rhythms. She uses agentic workflows to accelerate briefs-to-post creation, maintain brand and compliance guardrails, segment audiences for relevance, and generate analytics digests that inform the editorial calendar. She also promotes NOYACK’s agentic AI (NOYACK.ai) initiatives on social channels, helping younger investors understand how AI can automate routine money tasks, personalize learning, and shorten the path toward financial freedom.

Before NOYACK, Paola built a foundation in communications and project management, experience she now applies to orchestrate teams, campaigns, and creator workflows. Paola’s work centers on making financial education accessible—and on scaling that impact with thoughtful, responsible AI.
